    woha..... dont like the look of that one..... looks a bit freaky!...... good shot tho.... the dof is a little shallow but you got a good focus area. :thumbup:

    Yea, the dof annoys me too. I was shooting macro without a tripod and I don't have very steady hands so something had to give.:( I went out to find him/her again but I think he/ she took cover when I watered! It was a tiny spider, about half the size of my pinky fingernail.

    In such cases try increasing the ISO until you can get atleast 1/80 on a 5.6 otherwise you'll have DOF problems especially with tiny things like that (looks no bigger then 1-1.5cm...)
