Lime!

Focal length: 60mm - Shutter: 1/2500 - Aperture: F10. Taken with my new D80. Basically I put it in sport mode, layed the lime in the glass, focussed on it, then dropped it in until I was pleased with the result!

This shot took me about 70 attempts. Really want to improve it but I need a tripod and a macro lens!

What do you think, any tips?

I think the background is a bit distracting. Maybe a solid colour would have helped. But that aside from everything else, AWESOME capture

I would have shot this vertical. I think that would really help the comp on this. You seem to have too much dead space on the left and right of the picture that is unneeded.

If you shoot it macro, make sure you don't splash on the camera!! I'd be scared to attempt that!!
