    I went to a BBQ cookoff and there was a car show going on with classics....

    Seems more like snapshots than anything. I would suggest different angles, and instead of the whole car get shots of individual parts, such as the tires, engine, etc.

    rather boring shots...great cars, just need some more angles and less harsh sun

    I have to agree. Cool cars, try different angles and watch for people in the background (can be kind of hard at a show like that though), they can be distracting. Plus, I would suggest a polarizing filter to help with the glare.
