Ok, so we've got here a bunch of photographers together, and I think it's interesting what YOU think of www.lomography.com, the site of crappy-photographers-but-not-really! (and I'm one of them, I admit).

Also there are lots of 'photogallery's', like mine: www.lomohomes.com/noisytoy.

    Say what you think!

LOMOs are fun, neat, etc... but the true genius behind the camera isn't Professor Radiomov, it's whoever figured out that they could make the Kompakt Automat hip and trendy and sell it in the west for $180+. I see that these same marketing wizards have the Holga listed at $60. Buy one at www.freestylesalesco.com for $17.

Owkee, but besides the fact that they're outrageous expensive I like the philosophy behind their website...

i think its a bit of fun
the people who run the site have a great sense of humour
i recnetly liked the fact that someone singed a comment in my lomohome guestbook and the site sent me an email saying i had a blind date waiting for me with something tasty to be read lol

its a good site, their competitions and missions are a great idea, and sure, the cameras on the site can get pricey, u just dont buy them from there. :D

I was talking to a LOMOgrapher friend of mine. She says that I'm missing the point, and that all the posters and stuff make it exciting. Okay, I'm an old stick-n-the-mud fuddy duddy, but I'm still not paying $65 for a Smena even if it does come with a neat poster.
