Looking for a camera help!!

So, ive been looking for a camera that shoots in 1080p or 720p at 60fps. Im starting to vlog so i would like it to have a flip screen, and id perfer if you could change the lens on it as well. My budget is around 100-250 us dollars so if anyone could help thatd be great

You can find a used Sony A5000 with kit lens around $250.

It can record 1080p at 60fps.
