Looking for a Photo - help

i seen a photo in a magazine but i only got to glance at it.

I think it was to do with how some kids are treated with a silver spoon but there is many others on the other end of the spectrum who have nothing.

The picture was of a baby with a bug in its mouth.

Do you remember the magazine? Around when did you see the image in that magazine? Was it Europe? Asia? The US?

why don't u try re-shooting it? the concept does sound very powerful.
