Looking for a way to control the "corrupted image" look

Hi there. I'm looking for a way to control the look of a corrupted image.
Basically I'd like to produce images like this in post, whether that be digitally in photoshop with effects, or overwriting part of the image with random 0/1's to modify the look of it.
Is there any known way to make this happen?
