Looking for critique with this image

So I posted a small gallery on another forum, and of that gallery most people didn't like this pic. Funny thing is, of that gallery this was my favorite! Maybe it's a personal bias. In any case, I'd like to hear what you all think of it. For the time being this location is intact, and I plan to re-shoot there later, so any thoughts on how you think this could be improved would be helpful.

I like it, personally I would include more the fence to the right in the picture, you just see its shadow and then I would have also done in in a moody, possibly grainy black and white simply as the repeated word in the image is 'GLOOM' on the flyer..... Just my opinion anyway....

I dont see anything basically wrong with the shot. It's a little busy for my taste but that's just me.
