Looking to buy a camera

Hello I have been looking to buy a Digital SLR for the past month or so. I've done some 35mm black and white photography on SLRs before, but I was hoping to find a camera that would give me similar quality and control but without the high price tag im seeing on a lot of DSLRs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I've got an Nikon D70s with some glass for sale.

@ canada - I dont really want to spend more than $200. I know this handicaps me with options, but honestly as long as I have the ability to control shutter speed, f-stop, and manual focus then Im fine. I would like a traditional SLR interface but its not necessarily a requirement as long as I can easily change these type of settings on the fly.

@ kegger - How much you asking and what type of lens?

You might be able to find some older DSLR camera's on eBay for between $250 to $300.
