To better simulate a bright light behind her, I would suggest actually putting light(s) behind her to highlight and rim the hair and body, and to produce shadows relevant to the light source. I'd personally tone down the light source as well. As the brightest thing in the photo, my eyes are drawn to it instead of the model.
