OOF, Noisy, looks like it was taken off of a B&W TV, no flash, shadows over face and chest. ISO1600, with 1/80, and F4.5? Was it pitch black?

Henry's Exhibition Show. Retailer had his own model. He set up his own lighting system. It was colored converted to black and white. Autoedited in Elements. I'll posts another one. Maybe that would satisfy you.
