Does taking pictures of flowers ever get boring?

1/60 @ f5.6 handheld, natural light

1/200 @ f9 also handheld with fill from SB600.

NICE sharpness for hand-held. And, IMHO, if you're constantly improving your technique, no... it'll never get boring.

I think that goes for photography in general. :thumbup:

Both of these are almost SOOC. A tiny bit of cropping and a little curves adj. on each.

Not really what I'd consider 'low key', but still not bad. I like the first one more.

Only nit-pik I really have is that I'd like all of the second flower to be in the frame.

Thats cool. Its actually in the full frame capture. I cropped a little out because I felt the whole OOF flower took too much attention off the main bloom. It also weighted the image too evenly for me.
