This was the first bag I ever bought and I purchased it for my D40, although I have purchased 4 more bags after it - I continue to go back to this one.
The size is perfect, it holds what I need and most importantly, it protects my gear.
This bag has done well for my D40, D80, D200 and now my D90 with and without grip, zoom lenses, Speedlights, etc.
Oddly, I continue to search for the perfect bag - even though it might be right before my eyes.
I just wanted to give some props to this great little bag with big abilities. I just got done preparing my kit for a trip to Wisconsin Dells and I have in it the following:
Inside:
Nikon D90 w/o grip
Sigma 18-250 mounted
Nikon 35-70 on the side
Nikon SB-400 on top of the 35-70
Zippered rear compartment:
Lens caps, body cap, LensPens
Also attached is a small Sliplock bag that holds:
Nikon 50mm f/1.8D
2 spare batteries
di-GPS unit
