The first four were taken while my daughter and I went on a roller-blading tour into the immediate surroundings to where we live. I only brought the Powershot (compact digital) and forgot that it was set to ISO 200, something the Powershot does not deal with well enough (very much noise!) ... and sending the pics through NeatImage did not bring the hoped-for results, either, as many detail got lost (which does not happen with noisy pics that were taken with the 350D ... anyone having any idea why?)

So while at first I did not deem these show-worthy, Crawdaddio asked me to send pics of our countryside - which I feel looks very much like what he sees out there in Illinois, too, so here they are:

This last one was taken with the 350D on another tour, and I call this one
    "Field Lines":

My goodness you were right. This looks just like the farmlands of central Illinois! It's a shame about the noise, but that last one is fantastic:)
