LR5 tags not working on flickr

Hey guys,
I tried doing a search for this on here and also on google and can't seem to find the answer. Suddenly in the last month when I tag all my photos in Lightroom and then upload them to Flickr, the tags will only be applied to around 50% of the photos. I'm doing everything the same as I always have, and I'll double check them in LR before exporting in case, but for some reason it's just not working.

Has anyone else had this issue or knows how I can resolve it? Thanks very much

I'm wondering if perhaps it's actually an issue with Flickr? Because that's where I'm uploading them and notice the tags missing.
