    Hi, I was out tonight experimenting with some night shots during the eclipse and I ended up with some interesting exposures. Anybody have any thoughts as to what caused this? There were lights below the shot facing down illuminating a pathway and the residual was hitting the trees. These were taken with a tripod mounted D80 at 30” exposure, f10, ISO 1250

    I would guess lens flare if I was a betting man...
