Mama Dove and her Babies

    While at work one day on top of an air compressor this lady nested and hatched 2 beautiful little baby doves. Until the babies are flying I won't let anyone use the equipment :)
    Taken with a canon 5d and a Tamaron 28-75. I shot this in RAW, no PP done except to convert to a jpg.

    Even though you don't post many photo's, what you do post is fantastic. Nice closeups and the colors and sharpness is right on.

    Their mother is a beauty ... so they are going to be beautiful doves, too. Much nicer than your average town pigeons.
    And the sharpness of this is impressive.
    I was trying to see you in her eye but it is too small...

    Nice one Jello! The subtle colours of the mother dove's feathers is beautiful, and looks so striking against the darker background.

    Excelent shot, but dont post too many more as now i have to print it out for the daughters wall, it is costing me a bundle in ink :), ahh but this one was worth it.
