Mamiya 645 Super Sync Chord

Just got my new to me 645. Could someone please post a picture for me of the sync chord that I need or tell me where I can find a part number for it? There are two different types on ebay, one is a two piece with an adapter, but it doesn't show the chord or the end that goes into the adapter and one is a single chord with the plug built on the chord. Since there are various 645 models I'm not sure which chord fits my 645 Super. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
