Manfrotto 3001 Pro/3030 head combo

I recently acquired this tripod/head combo and was looking for some basic info. It seems to be a sturdy tripod, head moves smoothly, and it is in very good condition. I am currently using a Manfrotto BeFree that is definitely lighter and has a ball head.

The 3001 seems to be around 8ish years old so not a ton of info. Anybody have any experience with it?
