Manual Mode for point and shoots?

Does the NIKON COOLPIX L110 have a manual mode?

I was looking at some videos and they talked about a button for "exposure" but I'm not sure if that's aperture / shutter mode .. or manual.

A very confusing question "a mode for exposure"

All of the modes are for exposure.

Perhaps more information about what has you confused may help with getting the correct answer.

Nope.

It does have exposure compensation, but you are otherwise limited to one of the camera's scene mode programs.
