I went on a cruise recently and was able to take a few shots without people in them. CC welcome.

I love Mayan ruins, difficult to take under a blazing sun.

So hope you dont mind, but I played a touch. I wanted to see detail in the stones and a lovely sky - so...

If you have photoshop you can download the actions I used - Local Contrast (not shapening), Misty blurring and finally darkening the sky - sorry about the halos, but I just did a quick effect to show you the sort of thing I mean.
