    Our next door neighbor's little girl turned one today. They askend me to snap a portrait of her during her party...what do you think of this one?

    Those are precious. I like high contrast so the second one works for me, though you may hear otherwise, But GREAT JOB. :thumbup:

    I hope you don't mind but I thought it might look a little better without the people in the back distracting my eye. If they were necessary to your story I'm sorry.

    The baby looks really good and I agree with the crop to take out the distracting figure in the background. Next time I would go with a vertical orientation for this type of shot. I think the photo makes you wonder where the rest of the little girls body is.
