Memorial spot

November 2nd marked the first year anniversary of my father-in-laws death. As a memorial we (my husband, his sister & my father-in-law's girlfriend) went up to the place where we released his ashes. Here are a few images of the location.

What a beautiful spot this is!
And you had some breathtakingly nice weather with all the thick clouds making the sky really dramatic in the third photo! And the rays of sun that meet the bank give it a sweet, sweet light in that one!
But I also like the fallen tree and its reflection in the water in the second photo!
Actually, all four of them are very nice.
