I was trying to capture the light show in Meremak Theater, which is a cave and is about 1 mile down into earth. The settings that I used were f3.5 @ about anywere between 1" and 3" depending on the lights that were constantly changing. This is the best one that I came up with. What do you guys think?

Very nice capture here, I think you could have captured more detail however. I like the DOF and certainly the subject is very interesting. Nice work.

an fstop of 3.5 with such a long shutter speed seems excessive... although I wasn't there to really notice the lighting conditions. Anyway, you seemed to have lost a good deal of sharpness, may have been your focusing though.

Yes, the lighting was very difficult, because they were matching the light show to a tune, so as they were flipping lights on and off, it made it very difficult to get correct exposure and focus. These are untouched also. By the time I get time in and out of photoshop they will look better I think

I liked the picture but your title is incorrect. The picture was taken at Meramec Cavern's Theater.
