This is really beautiful. Would you mind sharing the technical aspects?

Couldn't place the star formations, and thought maybe southern hemisphere. Then caught your location under your username. Didn't that once start out as 'cloud' rather than 'clown?'

Very nice work. As invisible asked, would you mind sharing the technical aspects?

Seems to be as many clouds as clown so I thought it wouldn't really make a difference.
Yep SH shot. Hastings, NZ to be precise. Pretty good, dark sky for a city shot I thought.

Shot with a 50mm f1.4 lens. 30 frames at 10sec f2.2 iso 800 and 20 dark frames with the same settings.
Aligned and stacked with Deep Sky Stacker, PP with CS3.
