Minolta - Canon Lens adaptor?!

    hey guys, a friend of the family has just offered me a load of Minolta zoom lenses... just wondering if u guys know if there is an adaptor that would make it fit my Digital rebel!?

    Can others edit my Photos:
    Photos OK to edit
    there is not a canon adapter for the minolta lenses but i could take them off your hands...just name your price and what lenses

    Of course they could be the old manual-focus Minoltas and therefore not work on the Sony either. Either way I don't believe they will mount on Canon EF. I'm sure someone somewhere can make an adapter but even if it fit, I believe the spacing difference would cause major focusing issues.

    ahh, well thanks for the info anyway guys, its an old friend of the family who is tryin to do me a favour, so i wouldnt be keen to take them from her and sell them on. Ill probably just keep a hold of them for now. Thanks for your time!
