In ruins as it is, up on the hill, in the illuminating light and with the fog around it and the high cross in front it looks quite a bit eerie! Wow. It's only through the modern houses in the foreground that the effect is taken away a little, they are so ... mundane.

did you make any edits on this photograph yet ? to be honest, I dislike the color that's come. the very bottom has a whitish blow, then its yellow, white and greenish on the right, total dark on the left, and proceeds. the haunting effect has been well captured. I would have liked to zoom in somewhat and rejected the pathway and one of the houses on the foreground. but, well done !
