Nah youtube doesn't usually doesn't have them because UFC is all over youtube when they post videos for copyright. I always thought mma-core.com was pretty good. I don't know how quick you want though. They have Sunday's fights right now...

True about the UFC, but most MMA gets there. For the UFC specifically, best bet (if you can't find a stream) is to download a torrent when someone posts it.
