Although I really like the contrast between lights and darks in this shot, the baby's face is completely in shadow and you can't see any of his/her features! Next time I'd make sure the baby's face had some light falling on it too! Also, there seemed to be too much negative space at the top.

the original isn't as dark. I dont know why it got so dark when I uploaded to flickr.............

I think this is a great shot! I think I would have probably gotten a little more of the mother's face in it..and maybe connected the baby and mother together more by adding the mom's hand on the baby. But thats just me..I do think the image is beautiful!

thanks.....here are a couple more......personally I think the first one I posted is the my favorite. I find it peaceful and serene when I look at it....
