I took these in Garden of the Gods Wednesday night. When I first moved here from the east (Atlanta), I never missed a summer full moon night. Perfect temps, no bugs and surreal but beautiful scenery that really did give me the feeling of being on another planet.

Although setting the ISO to 100 reduced noise considerably, I still had some grainiess and the bottom three pictures were run through Neat Image to reduce that further. I just use the free demo version of Neat Image and it works pretty well.

It is the MOON in the first picture???????
    WOW!
    What light it has.
You could have told me it was the sun and I'd have believed you at once!

Must try this NeatImage at last - I have been on a scanning spree of old photos and just cannot get rid of dust on the glass, no matter how much I wipe and clean, plus the resolution I chose gives the scanned pics grain... you think NeatImage could help?

Yes, they all aren't equally good, in fact none are spectacularly good. I mainly wanted to share some of the strange look and feel of being out there in the moonlight.
