Dont hold back, let me know if this works. im on the fence with the title and border, that was more to frame the picture since I tend to frame all my prints.

I don't know much about borders but it looks fine to me.

About the actual picture, do some levels compression. Make the darks darker and lights lighter. I can post an example if you'd like me to.

This make the sky much darker on the left, the right and the moon get brighter.

I would love to see an example. Feel free to edit it however you feel fit. I agree with what you say making a bigger contrast may make it better

I personally see the boarder as being a little too think. Also I'd change the name to something like "the changing of times" or something to that effect. Great picture, it has such an awesome feel to it, especially being taken at that angle. :thumbup:
