I know photos of the moon & space can be a bit boring so thanks for looking!

    (*swoon*)

Wonderful shots PlasticSpanner. Such great detail, and the visible stars really add to it. As I've posted on the other eclipse threads, I was so hoping to see the eclipse here in Toronto but the overcast conditions prevented that. So I'm loving the shots that everyone else got. Thanks so much for posting these.

Those 3 are all at 300mm

    #1 f8/ @ 1/30 sec 100 iso
    #2 f5.6 @ 1 sec 400 iso
    #3 f8 @ 2 sec 400 iso

All 3 are in full colour, daylight WB too although #1 looks B&W!

Hold up a 2000 km X 2000 km grey card next to it!

The incidental meter reading is difficult too! ;)

Well, I KNEW everyone else's photos would be better than mine, but I tried with what I had, all the same! Well done, Chris ... and did you make use of your telescope lens in other photos, too?
