more help please

    I need an honest opinion on this please. I wouldn't bother but I have no one else to ask. So what do you think of these two images for retro note cards. I still have to try to find a way to age the paper. But just the images.

    You want to use this as a background for note paper/cards? If that's the case, the first one might work well...but the 2nd is just too busy (no open space for notes)

    sorry should have been clearer the card is a fold over three sections for writing this is just the front and forth section. It is similar to a greeting card but you make your own notes... This is the eye catcher is all. Nothing is to be written on this image.

    The first one works but I don't think the boats in the second one look retro enough ...

    that was the one i had questions on to...too much fiberglass...
