precisely... although your subject may not be moving fast enough or your continuous capture fired too fast for his speed to make it work.

@Rosshole: Yes, he really isn't moving fast enough. I might try it from further away next time though.

I agree with this, and think it works at around the 3:2 mark.. Do you have any lanscape [orientation] shots of the scene?

Yes, I got another one of the scene.

Is this better? I decided to have that much sky in #2 because I wanted to show that it was actually totally foggy below this level, but that obviously didn't really work...

I probably went above and beyond for most people's taste but I think yours is a bit too warm.
