I took these photos about a month ago but haven't been able to share them until now. These are taken from Chinook Pass which is about 11 miles east of the mountain. These were shot with my 18-55 kit lens on my Pentax K10d.
First Photo (1 hour before dawn):
Second Photo (dawn):
Third Photo (little past dawn):
I also switched to my 300mm zoom and focused on the standard climbing route up the mountain (I had a friend climbing it this day). I didn't know it at the time but once I was home, I was able to look at the photos and could pick out some of the climbing parties along the route. Pretty cool-
