Ok, a movie premier tonight, picture the scene, in the papers the last 2 weeks, but happens to be on the night of a major music awards here in Dublin. Myself and a friend pop down with our gear. The rep from Universal Pictures askes are we from the Press? LIGHTBULB! Yes, we say. Good, she was worried everyone was covering the Meteor Awards. We get invited to the VIP Area, free food and beers, then get to meet the two main stars, take shots right up close and personal. Then get invited into the movie, then after get personal shots taken with the guys! Oh, and we also got free passes for all future Universal Pictures premiers in the cinema! SCORE!!!!!!!!!

Little off topic but, did you by any chance see the movie? I loved SOTD and the preview looked pretty amusing.

Those blokes were heaps funny in "Shaun of the Dead". It would have been a blast to meet them. Jealous
