nice shot... good use of slow shutter to blur the water. it's tough to get shots without people on the bridge...

as for getting the whole falls in, that's hard to do and still have it look good. the falls is so tall in relation to its width that an overall shot shows just a ribbon of water falling into the space behind the trees. the picture winds up with very little impact because the waterfall looks like a dripping faucet in relation to the rest of the scene. it's a common problem with small, high waterfalls, and it's the reason most folks crop or compose to show just a portion of the falls rather than the whole thing.
