An interesting capture. A couple of things to think about: Your exposure needs some adjustment. You have a blown highlight area in the center of the mushroom cap and deep shadow on the RH side, with that, your WB seems to have a strong yellow cast. The use of a fill light at about 45 deg to the right, or even a reflector would have helped to even out the exposure. You appear to have missed the focus slightly; the nearest edge of the cap is soft as is the back. I would suggest focusing to ensure that the nearest point is sharp and allowing the focus to soften as the subject recedes into the background. Lastly, it appears to be leaning slightly to the right.
