    Love how the feathers on the wings are separated like fingers.

    It almost looks unreal, not to say that its fake. You did a great job!

    I thought the same thing. It almost looks over-sharpened without being sharpened at all! I just can't say enough about the "L" lens though. I shot this at f8, so I think the sharp focus helps too.

    even though its so clear the angle of the bird and spread feathers gives a nice feeling of motion. Awesome!

    Good light and a very good look of the bird (top view of the wings) really makes this nice and you captured perfectly.

    I just followed him around in autofocus, snapped a ton of shots, and this was the best. The push/pull of the 100-400L helps alot.
