I posted these in general gallery but didn't get much feedback.

My dog tends to be a ham at times and has gotten used to the camera being in her face

Whereas the cat likes to shy away

Cute pets :) I like the second one.

Cute animals! Black lab and a tortoiseshell cat?

I like both, but I'm a little distracted by the "empty" space to the right of the cat. It's still a really crisp, nice photograph, though! Love the colours- your cat has gorgeous markings.

My dog is great at posing for the camera, but the cat... not so much. And very rarely can I catch them in a frame TOGETHER.

Thanks for the comments. I'm not really sure what kind of cat she is. She came with the husband. LOL

Do you think it would be better if I did a crop? Like this.

The uncropped is definitely better! Looking at it again, I don't know what I was thinking earlier! I was on a computer with a terrible moniter, so maybe that had something to do with it. :)
