my digi p+s lens does not telescope anymore...

so i took a road trip with some friends to Moab, UT this past weekend and while I was there, dirt got into the telescoping lens on my casio ex-z1000 digital point and shoot camera. the lens' glass is untouched, but it wont zoom out anymore because of the dirt. what can i do!!!! please help.

Oh dear! I guess I'd see about having it cleaned -- if the cost of the CLA doesn't exceed the cost of the camera. I can't imagine trying to fiddle with micromotors myself.
