    Was this a live eagle?
    And is the blue the original background?

    During the winter months of Jan through Feb, Eagles Migrate to the Northern states. Alton Illinois is considered the largest migration for the birds. So each year I go down to alton and photograph them. And Yes, this was a live bird.

    I used my Canon EOS Mark II with a 300mm lens with a 2x telextender. That made it appear as if I were right there.
