Here is a pic of some poppies I took this morning:
Nice picture. They are neat looking flowers, never saw one in person, but they look like crinkled paper. Did you desaturate this at all? I really like how the color comes across. Maybe I'm just use to seeing overly saturated pics.
I like the saturation of this too.
how did it look with the whole plant in the pic-or are they too tall? (dont know poppies very well)

I actually increased the saturation since it was photographed against a very bright morning sky.
They don't grow too tall. However, I over-planted and so, they grew very small. Not too small, though, to get this shot. I've wanted to get this angle soooooo long. When more of the flowers open, I will take another shot.
Lovely shot! The lighting nicely shows off the texture of the petals and the wispy clouds actually direct one's eye to the tallest flower
This has a very nice delicate quality to it brought about by the colours and the outlines against the pale sky.
