My favourite Lighthouse

Had a break in the weather here in North wales yesterday so made a dash to the beach, here are a couple of the shots

Oh, I love the concept/composition of the second one here. The sun works wonders on those ripples in the sand, that that pole in the front so nicely balances the lighthouse in the back! Not to forget the bit of water that so clearly leads us to the lighthouse. Ever so well done, this one's VERY inspiring!

The comp on the 2nd is very good, worth retrying in different lighting conditions as well as using a smaller aperature setting or changing the focus point further into the picture. A very pretty picture. Although the shallow dof works nice. a little bit more morning of evening color in the sky would really add to the picture.

I've visited this location a few times and as luck would have it took a similar shot, personally I think the composition/lighting is better in this one too

I love all three of these shots...

I think the second one is my favorite, love the texture of the sand in it.

The refelections in the water add a lot to the last one too. Real great work, keep it up!
