My First HDR using Photomatix, CC

This is my first take on HDR. I wanted to know why the car comes out so grainy. I exported it to lightroom to try to clear it up but no go on that one. How can I make the car look smooth like Glass with an HDR touch. Also let me know what you think

the issue i have with this picture is the glare on the hood of the car, its distracting to the eye and its the first thing i see when i look at the picture.

Yes, Your right. How do I tone that down? I was trying but it did not work in lightroom
