my first photos

    total beginner. i scanned my contact sheet, so i haven't done any post negative editing save for some fooling around with the contrast in PaintShop. the scanner was a bit dusty, as you can see. these were taken with my Canon EOS Rebel XS using Kodak 400TX film.

    I like #1 a lot. I love how soft it is. Almost a ghostly effect.. Awesome.

    first shots?.. thats amazing.. anyway 1, 2 and 4 are my favourites of these. 5 could be very nice with some "whiter" flowers? keep em coming!

    yep, first shots. i'm an art major at the university of south dakota, so i have an ok idea about the design and composition of getting the shot i want. still learning how to translate that to the camera though. thanks again for the kind words. :)
