    very nice =)
the background is kinda washed out though, maybe in the evening with a fill flash for the shadows on her face? the built in flashes are great for outdoor portraits, i've found.
other than that it looks good to me =)

Too much washed out background ... says little about the person. If you want to portray that this is a 'city person" then get Her closer to some buildings lose the high heel shoes and more ‘attitude’

nice pose, well-exposed for face but, like Joey33 said, much too much washed out background.

I would crop it closer and get more focus on the person.

Way to much clutter to be a portrait... portrait would be subject only , with No background distractions... you want subject to steal the frame.. this would work well with solid background/ or even outdoors with foliage backdrop.. but buildings/ cars/ park bench/ and blown sky don't work here..
    The lighting also not helping...

I also think that the background is washed out. And for some reason your left foot just looks akward to me for some reason - being a girl that wears heels I just dont think I would put my foot in that position - maybe thats why...

Yeah, I agree with you. Otherwise it's a really nice photograph. It's a good effect with the leaves hanging down above her head.
