These are the best shots from my first SLR roll. I have to admit I'm very dissapointed in them. Seeing as these are the best, I wanted to submit them for any critique. I know the subject is boring, so I don't blame any of you for not bothering. This was my first time at the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers, how can you pass up shooting them? (If these are too big, let me know and I'll cut them down, I'm on cable and I didn't compress them myself so it didn't give me the headsup on download time at this size.)
Anyway, this first one is the only one that I set the aperature manually. I can see the difference, I don't know if anyone else can.
This second one my filter had fogged up because of the humidity and heat in this particular room, it didn't affect it as badly as I expected and my BF thinks it gives an ethereal feel? lol, is this a fo-pas or 'an interesting effect'?
This one's a good subject but I don't think I captured it very well.
I like the light on these
So please let me know what I've done wrong and where, and perhaps how to fix that? Thanx
