Excellent! You captured the band's stage character very well

These are incredible!!!! I love the colors. Great job!

Stage lighting Was Great Help; Thanks

You can See Very Little on the last One & thanks!

With the 7D ISO3200 has virtually no noise as long as the shots are exposed correctly. Here are some shots I took this Saturday at ISO3200 with the 7D. Very little editing (sharpened 100% in PS5, just toned/colored).

Yes, you can see noise...but at least in the opinion of most people it's really not intrusive. The originals showed virtually no noise at all (sharpening by 100% adds quite a bit).

Great job - seeing these reminds me of why I bought my 7D!

I've never used that lens, and it appears that you are happy with it? I go to 3200 on mine, and you will see a bit of noise, but nothing the ninja can't take care of properly. Beyond that, in my opinion, you would need to move to the 5dm2.

Great shots! The first one is my favorite of the set. How do you like the 17-50 VC?

Thank to all for the Comments! Derek I Cant Hardly See Any Noise on your's I'll Try It Next Time!

Peter & Jayce; I'm really loving the Tamron; AF's Quick Photos Come Out Quite Sharp
Deliver great Quality and for the Price YOU WONT GO WRONG!

I also use that lens (Tamron 17-50mm VC) and love it as well. Definitely a great lens once you open it up a stop (2.8 is still good, but open it to f/4 and it's one of the sharpest lenses at that aperture/zoom).

I think these look great, really digging #3 especially. Don't be afraid of higher ISO. I was too at first but as long as you nail the exposure it will look great, especially with a 7d.

wow those are beautiful shots my friend. I love the how you really played off the character and the stage lighting.. BEAUTIFUL!

cheers.

Than again everyone; The thing is that my other SLR 'didnt work' for that kind of pictures beyond 800 iso; but here i can double or even triple that! i'm really happy about that!
Again Thanks to all!

Spot on shots Munky - great edgy feel - not easy to capture.

Just got my 7d..... and these images (and yours Derek) are convincing me i made the right choice!

Very nice shots indeed.

Why is everyone getting 7D lately?
