Faces are important and you did a good job capturing it in the first photo. In the second one its blurry.

Also please dont make photos half color, half black and white.
Not professional.

Thanks for your suggestions. Yes the face is blurry in the second photo. I'll do my best to solve this problem next time. Thanks again.

Anyway, I need to ask about the "half color and half black and white" thing. Well I actually have a plan to make this become my style. But why it is not professional?

Its better to either get the correct white balance in your color photos or the correct tonal range in your black and whites.
You have to know the rules first in order to break them.

Also if you were to take this to an editor for a job they would be less than impress. I dont see many photographers doing this technique unless their editor asks for it special...and even then I havent seen that.
